Ziel der Lernaktivität ist der Grobentwurf eines Entwässerungskonzepts für ein Bestandsgebiet mit ca. 60 Wohngebäuden. Folgende Grundlagen der Entwässerungsplanung sind zu beachten: 
* Berücksichtigung zentraler Planungsgrundsätze
* Regelkonforme Ableitung von häuslichem Abwasser und Regenwasser
* Berücksichtigung geographischer und raumstruktureller Bedingungen (u.a. Gefälle, Freiräume, Tiefgarage)
* Optimale Übergabepunkte der Grundstücke
* Abstimmung der Leitungsführung im öffentlichen und privaten Raum
* Integration und Anschluss an Bestandsleitungen in der Umgebung
* Integration von Maßnahmen der Regenwasserbewirtschaftung (u.a. Rigole, Versickerungsmulde, Zisterne und Dachbegrünung)

* Drainage of domestic wastewater and stormwater in compliance with regulations
* Consideration of geographic and spatial structural conditions (including gradients, open spaces, underground parking)
* Optimal transfer points of the properties
* Coordination of pipe routing in public and private spaces
* Integration and connection to existing pipelines in the surrounding area
* Integration of rainwater management measures (including infiltration trenches, infiltration troughs, cisterns and roof greening)
